Ive just tried both real 4.1.3 and UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 from Windows 7 64bit and I can get right into my macmini with mountain lion. I have not taken the plunge to Lion yet as there are always bugs with a new operating system and would rather wait for at least the first update.
This Mac-only VNC viewer had no problems when I switched from 10.6 to 10.7 lion.
